I am courageous in calling my clients on any behaviours that are not conducive to growing themselves, the team or the business, and holding them accountable for what they commit to.
My coaching clients often describe my style as collaborative, versatile, insightful, open and challenging. I am committed to building a truly collaborative relationship based on what we create together as coach and client. I hold my clients to be naturally creative, resourceful and whole, with the client the expert in their own life and in charge of their agenda.
As a coach, I believe that, regardless of title or position, we are all leaders and that when we connect with our authenticity and our most powerful self, our goals and dreams can be realised, and the seemingly impossible becomes possible. Core to my philosophy as a coach is the interconnectedness between our mind and body and how becoming more mindful, self-compassionate we can create successful strategies for ourselves.
My coaching approach combines practical solutions with behavioural change when working with clients, helping them to identify and define in inspirational terms what they want to achieve and the best way to get there.
My approach works well in supporting those wanting to move into new leadership roles, wanting to leave a legacy. The way I work also works well for people who are seeking to minimize their saboteurs, find different strategies and have changes that is sustainable.

As a coach, Nita is knowledgeable with high of emotional maturity and clear communication style. She seeks out ideas and makes those ideas part of the solution. I recommend Nita to executives looking forward to reaching their next level of leadership development objectives. Wissam El Assal – Global IT Director- HUB Terminals at APM degree Terminals.
Nita helped me explore myself and recognise not only my strengths but the things that held me back. She challenged me and through those challenges I grew in a way that I never thought I could. Nita also ‘got me’ from the first session she understood who I was; she also taught me how to be effective. I smile when I reflect on our sessions and hear her voice in my ear. My time and learning with Nita will stay with me forever. Fiona Secondino – Head, Research Management and Administration Unit Coventry University.
