Solution Focused Coach working with senior female leaders to achieve career success.
I have worked for over a decade as a coach and leadership developer. My work extends to the public, private and third sectors. This experience of different sectors enables me to take a creative approach to finding solutions.
Prior to this I held senior marketing roles in the corporate world and in executive education.
My approach is positive, practical and supportive whilst ensuring results are achieved. Coaching sessions are anchored on your work life, though I take a holistic approach, which can encompass aspects of your life beyond work. I work well with clients who are seeking a space to reflect on the way they do things, who are willing to challenge their thinking and take practical action.
Inclusion and Diversity are areas of specific interest to me, particularly the leader’s role in creating inclusive environments where all staff can flourish. In addition, I have written a book about the growing trend of female breadwinners. I was awarded OBE in the Queen’s New Year Honours 2021 for services to Entrepreneurship and Women in Business.
I have successfully supported clients in organisations to achieve senior level promotion, manage work life balance, overcome workload overwhelm and consider what’s next for them.
