Supporting individuals to develop sustainable behavioural change through neuroscience based leadership coaching.
Prior to setting up and launching my Coaching and Consultancy Company, I worked for 20+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, where I led diverse global teams to successfully deliver R&D change projects.
It was during delivery of a major change programme that I experienced coaching and it’s transformational impact not only on my leadership performance but also on my teams’ performance. I was hooked and so the journey as a coach began and continues as I extend my coaching capabilities in pursuit of serving my support my clients reach their true potential. My coaching supports clients in public sector, corporate and Higher Education.
Over the last decade I have specialised in coaching individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds on corporate leadership development programmes with the aim of accelerating and progressing individuals from diverse backgrounds through the talent pipeline.
As a licensed Practitioner in Psychological Safety, I’m able to coach and mentor individuals and organisations to build trust, increase engagement and performance by engaging diverse perspectives and creating inclusive solutions.
As a Practitioner in Applied Neuroscience I am able to integrate brain-based behavioural change techniques to support clients to create sustainable change.
I hold an M.A. (DIST) in Leadership from Henley Business School and won the coveted Henley School Prize in 2018. As Visiting Lecturer, I teach Coaching and Mentoring Skills to leaders and supervise MA students. I also facilitate action learning, which supports leaders to reflect on their leadership practise and develop solutions to complex and ambiguous organisational challenges.
I am co-author of a peer-reviewed research paper in The Coaching Psychologist culminating in a novel behavioural coaching model (GROWS Model, Panchal & Riddell, 2020).
My clients describe my coaching style as respectful, compassionate and authentic. The coaching sessions as thought-provoking, persistent but without threat and enabling clients to bring their whole self to work and life by tapping into their purpose, values and beliefs.
